When you build with Leavitt Building Group, you get Leavitt Connect: your new home, on your phone, from the first day of construction to closing. Here’s a two-minute look at what you’ll see. It’s a sample home, so the names and numbers aren’t real.
There’s no password to remember. You sign in with a code we email you, or with Face ID. Your home page shows where the build is now, what’s next, your price with every change included, and key dates like closing.
The full schedule is there, phase by phase, and Leavitt keeps it current as the job moves. Every finish and fixture you’ve chosen is in one place, with the date you signed off.
Changes are never a surprise. Each change order spells out what’s changing, what it costs, and how it affects the schedule, and you sign it securely online. Once it’s signed, your price updates, and the signed copy is saved with your documents.
Walk-through punch lists include photos of what was found, and how it was fixed. You can follow every county inspection, and keep your contract, plans, permits, and warranties in one place.

A semi-custom home takes about 6 to 8 months to complete, depending on the changes made to the plan. A fully custom home takes 10 to 12 months or more, depending on its size and scope.

We do not finance homes ourselves, but we have a banking partner we recommend to help buyers get the best available financing. Who you borrow from is always your choice.
Every home comes with a one-year warranty from Leavitt Building Group and a 2-10 Home Buyer's Warranty.
Each home has a dedicated project manager who looks after its construction and is your point of contact throughout. Kyle Leavitt walks every job site himself, and you follow the schedule, selections, inspections and change orders in Leavitt Connect, our homeowner app.
Every home includes the Leavitt Standard: 9-foot ceilings, quartz countertops, Andersen windows, hardwood or luxury vinyl plank flooring, a finished and painted garage and more, at no upgrade cost.
