Building a custom home from the ground up is the fullest expression of how you want to live. We guide you through every step, from the lot and the architectural design to material selections and final construction, and Kyle Leavitt walks every one of our job sites himself. A fully custom home takes 10 to 12 months or more to build, depending on its size and scope.

Consultation & vision
We start with a conversation about your lifestyle, your budget and the site. We will visit your lot, or help you weigh the ones you are considering, for feasibility, topography and orientation, and agree a realistic budget and timeline before any drawing starts.

Architectural design
We translate your ideas into detailed drawings and work through the layout with you until it is right. Then we guide you through selections, from exterior stone to interior fixtures, and handle the engineering and county permitting.

Construction
With permits in hand, your home begins to rise. A dedicated project manager looks after the construction and is your point of contact throughout, Kyle inspects the work as it happens, and you follow every phase, selection and inspection in Leavitt Connect.

The handover
Before the keys change hands we walk the house with you, test every system and inspect every finish, and fix what we find. Then it is yours.

Financing
We do not finance homes ourselves, but we have a banking partner we recommend to help you get the best available financing. Who you borrow from is always your choice.

Warranty
Every home comes with a one-year warranty from Leavitt Building Group and a 2-10 Home Buyer's Warranty.

Much of what other builders sell as an upgrade is simply how we build. Every home we build includes the Leavitt Standard: 9’ ceilings, quartz countertops in the kitchen and the owner’s bath, hardwood or luxury vinyl plank flooring, Andersen® windows, a finished and painted garage, and more.
