Leavitt Building Group

Home plans.

We build fully custom. But a blank page is a difficult place to begin, so here is somewhere to start — plans we have built before, each one adapted to your lot and the way you want to live. Change the elevation, the room sizes, the optional spaces; or bring us something else entirely.

Every sheet shows the optional features available for that model in dashed outline: in-law suites, conservatories, sunrooms, extended garages and finished lower levels.

A home built from one of these plans takes about 6 to 8 months to complete, depending on the changes made to it. Every home comes with a one-year warranty from Leavitt Building Group and a 2-10 Home Buyer's Warranty.

  • Level 5 drywall finish — in the main living areas, for smooth, flawless walls

  • Owner’s retreat — quartz countertops, custom tiled shower walls, tiled to the ceiling
  • Solid core interior doors — with fully cased windows and openings throughout
  • Stain grade stairs and handrail — first to second floor
  • Insulated bedroom, bathroom and laundry walls — for sound dampening

Exterior & infrastructure

  • High-performance Andersen® windows
  • Zip System® wall sheathing — for moisture protection
  • Upgraded siding & 40-year architectural shingles
  • Stone to grade — front and side elevations
  • Finished & painted garage — insulated walls and service door

Don’t see the one? We draw from scratch too.

These are the plans we have on the shelf. If none of them is quite right, bring us a sketch, a photograph, or nothing at all — a fully custom home starts the same way.
