Walk the house
We start at your home: what works, what does not, and what you want it to be. We talk through budget and timeline before any drawing starts.

Design & permits
Drawings for the new layout, your selections from structure to finishes, and the engineering and county permits handled for you.

Construction
A dedicated project manager looks after the work and is your point of contact, and Kyle inspects it as it happens. The job site is kept clean, and you get regular progress updates so you always know where things stand.

The handover
We walk the finished work with you, test every system and inspect every finish, and fix what we find before we call it done.

We are based in Forest Hill and build across Harford County and the surrounding counties: Baltimore, Carroll, Cecil and Anne Arundel, and into southern Pennsylvania.
